Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & Australia: 10–21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We ship to over 67 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
